I don’t currently accept insurance, however, I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for “out of network” benefit coverage .

I accept cash, check, or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex).

Currently, I am an out-of-network provider with most major insurance companies, although you may find that your insurance may allow you to utilize your mental health benefits with me as an out-of network provider. Other options to defer the cost of psychotherapy may include HSA-Health Savings Accounts or FSA-Flexible Savings Accounts, which allow you to set aside a certain amount of money through your employer or health insurance company (before taxes taken out) to use for health related expenses, such as psychotherapy that regular medical insurance may not cover. Your employer or insurance plan administrator will have more information.

Upon request, I provide invoice receipts for clients to submit to insurance company for reimbursements at their plan rate. I do not bill insurance directly.

Should you receive any correspondence from your insurance company in regards to your services in this office, you must respond to that correspondence immediately, in order to have the claim processed and paid.

Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. Some companies pay a fixed allowance for certain procedures, and others pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid by your insurance at the time of service.
